UK public sector pay freeze (10Mar10)

by admin on March 11, 2010

Gordon Brown announces a public sector pay freeze to the higher earning in the sector. He projects it will save £3bn. Even using New Labour’s rigged £175bn borrowing binge figure for 2009/10, what will £3bn do to the deficit? The actual UK deficit is £2.5Trillion, once all the crooked PFI contracts and other off balance sheet accounting is taken into consideration. If Jacqui Smith thinks it’s “the right thing to do” for those public sector workers, when is she going to give back the £116000 she took from taxpayers that the was NOT entitled to? Recorded from The Daily Politics, 10 March 2010.

Public sector workers everywhere are completely detached from reality and it’s a shame the left continues to coddle them.

They’ve created this sick system where they have to keep as many people as they can dependent on them in order to win an election.
