I keep hearing Public Sector workers moaning about their salary.

Hears something you might not realise. Employment is like football.

If you’re a good footballer, you wanna join a good team in the top division for these reasons :

1) You might wanna get some decent money.
2) You might wanna work with people of the same calibre as you.

The reason the public sector always has such low productivity is because it consists mostly of the worst footballers. We are talking about poor ball control, poor team work, poor communication, poor work ethic.

So if you are a public employee who wants more money – up your game and join a decent team.

Dude, decent content, but you really need to get a better microphone without so much buzzing, and take care of whatever post-nasal drip or whatever makes you sound so obscured and muffled.

OMG. Good question.

I guess – when the company’s being privatized, its assets are sold in the form of shares to the consumers.

My answer is probably not that accurate.

If a state was transitioning into anarchy and sold off shares of its holdings to private entities; what would be done with the money gained from selling the holdings?

Not saying you have the answer. Just something that struck me as curious.

I’m sorry; I unfortunately took only one semester of economics, so I don’t really understand the question.

What would be done with the proceeds from selling the shares?

Quote from Brainpolice2: ” *boinks the corporate bolsheviks* ”

Absolutely.

But anyways what I believe is that the Public Sector should be sold off as shares to both consumers and workers; this would allow the consumers as well as the working class would be able to control what is to be produced.

My home town still has all volunteer private fire department. I think everyone around my hometown has been merged with government.

If the city sanitation department ‘took over’ the city’s sanitation services wouldn’t they then become a business, with a pre-ordained monopoly, and have received what amounts to corporate welfare?
